Penting bagi seorang trainer/facilitator untuk menguasai ketrampilan-ketrampilan khusus yang diperlukan untuk menjadi trainer / facilitator yang handal, termasuk memotivasi dan memberikan stimulasi pembelajaran.

 

Melalui program ini, peserta akan belajar bagaimana menjadi seorang trainer / facilitator yang efektif, yang mampu mempengaruhi dan memotivasi anggota organisasi lainnya.  Peserta akan belajar cara melakukan pelatihan melalui simulasi pelatihan.
