Effective and efficient use of both skills are prerequisites for effective on-going organizational performance and success. If a company fails to resolve the problem or make decision correctly then it will seriously affect sales, expenses, market share, customer and employee satisfaction, profitability and other performance parameters.

This training aims at providing techniques and tools which help participants to successfully do problem solving and decision making process ( PSDM ).
