Kita saat ini sudah berada di era teknologi informasi. Survey yang dilakukan oleh TechinAsia dan Hootsuite pada akhir tahun 2017 menunjukkan bahwa 45% dari masyarakat Indonesia sudah menggunakan Smartphone. Dalam hal ini, Smartphone adalah merupakan Teknologi Informasi yang terus berkembang dari jaman ke jaman dan terus mengalami peningkatan di dalam kualitas layanan pada smartphone beserta aplikasi yang ada di dalamnya. Berbicara mengenai kualitas layanan, maka kita perlu mengukur bagaimana suatu kualitas layanan pada Teknologi Informasi (Electronic) seperti hal nya pada Smartphone dan system informasi lainnya kepada pengguna, agar kita mengetahui seberapa puas pengguna smartphone maupun system informasi dapat merasakan efektif dan efisien dari suatu smartphone ataupun aplikasi yang berada di dalamnya.
