·         Mengetahui bagaimana cara mengembangkan dan membudayakan excellence service agar menjadi bagian dari keseharian kerja (behavior) para pelayan.

·         Dapat mendifinisikan tentang suatu standard, bagaiman membuat suatu standard baku, bagaiman membreak downd standard dalam kriteria-kriteria standard, cara menetapkan  metode penilaian performence terhadap standart baku yang ada.

·         Serta bagaiman cara mengkomunikasikannya dalam pertemuan dalam organisasi ( how it work, what is the benefit).

·         Mengetahui cara pembuatan perencanaan (Planning) dalam rangka penerapan excellence servise guna menunjukan excellence performance dan efektivitas dalam organisasi.
