THE TREND   in business practice is toward greater sensitivity of control and complexity in decision making.  The increasing rate of technological innovation demands and accelerates this trend.   New tools and techniques of management planning and control are being devised to cope with the growing problem.  The tools, however, demands of the user considerable range of up-to-date knowledge and refinement of techniques.

 

The manager of today is racing with time. He or she pushes against the time barrier as he speeds up his activities. He must break through it to meet the increasing complexity of his task. The competition among companies and even among colleagues is increasing thus we must look our personal development and find a way to multiply our output, improve our working system by one of which is implementing a good time management.
