Course Summary

ROLE OF SUPERVISORS is mostly deal with actuating and controlling in the management process.  Supervisors in general are the staff who get promoted to a higher level and be given more responsibility in terms of supervision.  Nature of the job are also changing from technical to controlling, and expected to be more on human once they become managers.

 

Since the role of supervisor is to assist managers in executing all the plans, then becoming an effective supervisor is a challenge.  This program is designed for supervisor level to gain more knowledge and better understanding of the supervisory functions.
