    Measure phase: Data collection, type of data, sampling size
      • Day 3

  • Lecture 1

    Measure phase: MSA, Gage R&R, Process Capability analysis
      • Day 4

  • Lecture 1

    Analyze phase: FMEA, C&E Matrix, Fishbone, Basic Statistic, t-test, proportion test, ANOVA
      • Day 5

  • Lecture 1

    Improve phase: Quick improvement, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, SMED, Solution matrix, DOE
